Here’s the breakdown of how to get started building your custom home!

    Meet With Us

    Contact us and we’ll schedule a time to discuss budget, location, and square footage.

    Choose a Location

    Choose a location for your home either in one of our Hill neighborhoods or on your personal property. If building on your property, a member of our team will examine the location to determine if it is a viable location for a custom home.

    Design it

    Work with our team to create a custom-designed floor plan and custom-designed exterior design.

    Get Financing

    Secure loan for your custom home build with a bank of your choice.

    Sign an Agreement

    Sign an agreement with us (Hill's Land & Construction) to begin the home building process.

    Pick Out Your Favorite Things

    Work with Hill's team to pick out custom home selections (windows, brick, roofing, appliances, etc.) We will lead you through each step as it depends on market availabilities, shipping, and receiving times.
