The first thing to do is schedule a meeting with us to get started. During this meeting, we’ll discuss location, budget, square footage, and other important details that go into your custom home.

We love this question! Since we have been around since 1978, we have created relationships with carpenters, electricians, and other key people in the build process. We know who to work with in order to get the job done right. We even have a carpenter our clients meet with on-site to determine the exact location and type of cabinets they desire in their home. He then builds them with actual wood to their specifications. Not many builders can promise you that.

Not all pieces of land are created equal. Before we agree to build on a specific piece of land, we will take a look at your property to determine if it’s a viable location. But don’t worry, if it’s not and there’s another area on the property that works better, we’ll give you ideas on what might work better.

The length of time varies and depends on many circumstances. It can be anywhere from 8 months+. This depends on the materials available, client product selection availability (i.e. appliances, hardware, etc.), weather conditions, etc. Our promise to you is that we will do our best to keep you on track the best we can for a smooth and quick home build finish.

Once you agree to work with us, we will put together allowances for you to pick out your favorite things such as hardware, lighting, appliances, etc. But if that stresses you out, take a deep breath. We have an interior designer in our office that can help as needed.
