In his last year, my husband realized that his damaged heart could not function much longer. He warned me that unscrupulous people may take monetary advantage of widows.

Therefore, I thank God that I was directed to Hill's Land and Construction Co. I feel that I have been treated fairly. Both sons and father have been very helpful and certainly fair. They built a home that I adore. They helped me make decisions during building and were so friendly and polite. And they are always here for me and other buyers.

And somewhere in Heaven - my husband is smiling because of my circumstance.

We both wanted to let you know how much we genuinely appreciate the quality effort your company put forth in building our new home.

As you know, we thought long and very hard on exactly what we wanted our new home to be. We were truly amazed by the quality of work and the courteous attitude shown by all of the true craftsmen that built our home. During construction and throughout the project, you and your employees made sure we were not only involved and informed as we went along, but also that we were truly happy and satisfied with all the work being done.

In all areas, our home exudes quality, attention to detail and functionality. The wood and paint work that was done is absolutely exceptional and put the final touch on our beautiful new home.

From the initial meeting with you, you were most attentive and helpful in the planning stages. Because this was our first home to custom build we needed a builder with experience. We studied your homes and compared them to builders in Oklahoma City. We found your homes were superior in quality and value for the money.

We feel you lessened our worries and anxieties because you were available to answer questions and work with us as the building progressed. The building went well and the targeted completion date was on time.

There are many superlatives that can be used. We feel you, your subcontractors, and all others involved in building our home were outstanding and did their job well. We welcome the opportunity to be a reference for you to any future new homebuilders.

You may show our home to any prospective clients that may help them with their own plans. It was an exciting and fun time in our lives that we will never forget. We are now enjoying our beautiful new home.

Dear Jackie,

Over a year ago, Arlene and I started the process of finding a home that matched the quality of the home we currently owned, but that was built on a lot bigger than the "postage stamp" size lots found in Oklahoma City. The search process took us from Piedmont, to Edmond, to Newcastle and finally to Hills Oaklawn Addition in Tuttle. Our immediate impression of you and subsequently of your sons and business was that we could trust what you said. We also recognized the quality of materials and construction of the homes you were building exceeded our expectation. Arlene and I had never built a home before, but we both knew that, whatever it took, our next home would be built by your company.

From the very start, Jeff was careful to explain every detail of the construction process. From picking out our building site, to choosing the floor plan, we never felt pushed or rushed to make a decision. Jeff understood that the decisions we were making would be decisions we would have to live with for the next ten or twenty years and, therefore, should be made very carefully. He truly is an asset to your company. From the pouring of the slab, through the finishing details, we made an effort to meet each of the crews responsible for their portion of the project. In each case, we were treated with respect as they attempted to answer our silly questions. Never were we ignored or ushered away. Each person seemed to take a great deal of pride in their craftsmanship and equally proud to show it off.

We have now spent our first month in our new home. A day does not go past without our being thankful for using your company to build our home. The nightmare stories we were told by friends that employed other builders, never materialized. I know, without a shadow of a doubt, that the home built for us is superior in materials and construction than are the homes of other builders. We also know that just because the construction phase of our home is completed, our relationship with you, Jeff and Lyndl continues. Even though we are no longer a potential client, we are now a neighbor, and this new status appears to mean just as much to you and to your sons as our being a customer.
