We wanted to take this opportunity to let you konw how satisfied we are with the home that you recently built for us.  We did not know if our marriage could survive building a house but your staff (Karen and Tommie) and the contractors made everything so easy it was actually a very enjoyable experience.  You were always honest with us about costs on changes we wanted to make or upgrades we wanted installed and time frames (even thought the weather was not very cooperative).  We ran into a couple of bumps along the way, knew up front  we would, but were always able to come to mutually

If you had told us, when we climbed into Jackie's truck in 1999 to go see a Hill's home, that seven years later we would be living in our 3rd Hill's custom home, we would have said you are “crazy”.  But here we are in yet another beautiful home, custom built by the Hill's.  Yes, we did look into other builders and even considered buying a previously built home, but we knew that we could not get the quality that we wanted, unless we went to the Hill's.

To The Hill Family and Staff,

Lance and I wanted to express our deepest appreciation for making our "dream home" come true AGAIN! The first home Hill's built for us; I thought could not be out done.  The entire building process was a wonderfully easy experience. After talking to our new neighbors about their builders, we quickly realized how lucky we were to have found the Hill's family.

We continue to thank God for our beautiful new home.  I was privileged to be on the site from day one.  Almost every day i spent some part watching the workers.  We became friends.  I have never met a kinder or more dedicated group of people.  They truly seemed to want to please us in all the phases of the work.

I feel that Hill's have some of the very best craftsmen and skilled workers in the building industry.  I highly recommend Hill's to anyone considering building a new home.

In his last year, my husband realized that his damaged heart could not function much longer. He warned me that unscrupulous people may take monetary advantage of widows.

Therefore, I thank God that I was directed to Hill's Land and Construction Co. I feel that I have been treated fairly. Both sons and father have been very helpful and certainly fair. They built a home that I adore. They helped me make decisions during building and were so friendly and polite. And they are always here for me and other buyers.
