Hill's Land and Construction was started in 1978 by Jackie Hill with the primary intent of developing quality neighborhoods and homes. He was unable to find builders who shared his goal of TRUE quality new and custom homes. He found many builders claiming quality but with little or no merit. Therefore, he started building the types of quality new and custom homes to match the quality neighborhoods. Some 20 plus years later Hill's is still a family owned and operated business with an unprecedented reputation for quality neighborhoods and the finest in new and custom homes.
Hill's Whispering Lakes is our newest neighborhood. Spring fed lakes abundant with fish and wildlife is the tranquil backdrop of this newest Hill’s neighborhood. Phase 1 of this 335 acre community has 19 residential sites with new Hill's homes ranging from 1.5-3.0 acres. There are a variety of lots on acreages from 1.5-3.0 acres for custom homes including lakefronts and treed lots.
