We accomplish this by first customizing your floor plan. Which is more than letting you move a wall on a stock plan; of course your design can come from our plan library, or we can have our designers and draftsmen, with over 60 years of experience, take a germ of an idea from you and develop it into your dream home.

What do you want in your new home?- Center Island, Radius Staircase, Corner Whirlpool Tub surrounded with Plant Ledges, Solid Surface Counter Tops, or Customized Built-ins. Available options for your new home are limited only by your imagination and budget. We will help by providing a general list of options but, if you don't see an option you want; ask and we will do our best to satisfy your desires.

If you have a favorite color, motif, or you want to match the woodwork of your grandmother's china hutch, we can help. Those are your choices, you know best what you want.

Finally, we will help find the perfect location for your new home. We have numerous neighborhoods with different atmospheres, features, and lot sizes. And if we don't have the perfect location we will try to find it!
